Developed a common syllabus, common classroom materials and common exams, as well as exercising oversight over a number of GTAs. GTA oversight included holding weekly meetings, mentoring and trouble-shooting.
Typical classroom load is four sections resulting in 200+ students. Course
enrollment is approximately 600 students.
Developed and teach an Accounting for Business Operations distance learning course in conjunction with CBT Systems.

background to include corporate, trusts, estates, partnerships and individuals.
Services include tax preparation, planning and business start-up consulting.
As a licensed CPA, obtained required 40 clock hours per year of continuing
education as administered by the Kansas Board of Accountancy.
October 1992 to Current Co-owner of Mail Boxes, Etc. franchise with wife Cheryl. Performed all the
planning for start-up and actively involved in day to day record keeping,
personnel decisions and day to day operations.
