9.      Differentiate between information agents vs “monitoring-and-surveillance agents” vs user agents.

10.  Please look at the “What in IT for Me?” section.  Read how intelligent systems (AI) is used by each of the different majors represented.  As part of your answer, please tell me your major and what does that section say in regards to your major?
